NetOfficeToolBox certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party.
In order for NetOfficeToolBox members to use our services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (site name, username, email, URL). This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed.
Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the service they are purchasing. It will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization center).
Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally NetOfficeToolBox will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information.
NetOfficeToolBox also provides various opt-out newsletters to its members. Members can unsubscribe from these newsletters at their own will.
We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never e-mailed.
NetOfficeToolBox takes every effort to ensure that the information users provide is correct and up to date. Users are provided with a welcome email after they sign up for our service. Members can change their information any time by simply logging into their Account Manager.
